1. Open Command Prompt from the Start menu> All Programs> Accessories> Run.
2. Open Task Manager, by typing Taskmgr.exe, or you can press the Ctrl + Alt + Del.
3. In the Window Task Manager, click the Processes tab, find and select the link explorer.exe. Click End Process. Back again to the Command Prompt mode, select the folder where the file is deleted, press the Del button.
4. Go back window task manager, enable Explorer. Exe through the command File> New fill explorer.exe, press enter.
